Observing the world can contribute to a feeling of melancholy. Reading this young author restores confidence in the future.

Prof. Dr. Thomas Gauthier

Dr. Roduit gave an inspiring and impactful lecture on the future of humanity and transhumanism. He was able to convey complex ideas and elaborate concepts to a crowd of Master students. In just about one hour, he helped the students become aware of potential civilizational changes to come. He showcased a number of projects that he is leading himself or he is involved with to connect high level thoughts and perspectives with real world case studies.

Johann's talk on 'The Death of Death and Transhumanism' was very thought-provoking. His well-researched, futuristic scenarios on the future of death captivated the audience and set the stage for a vibrant discussion. Highly recommended!

I know Dr Roduit from his engagement in the Swiss Society of Bioethics. I invited him to a roundtable discussion organised in our Spinal Cord Unit about the challenges of living with a physical disability in the 21st century. His captivating presentation built a bridge between the scientific thrill of human enhancement, the respect of a certain social equity and the existing moral limitations.
